The cam-driven disc is assembled at the driving end of the high-pressure oil pump and rotates synchronously with the main shaft through the internal spline in the center. It guides the fuel into the rotor suction chamber through the arc-shaped cavities on the disc surface, and simultaneously drives the rotor to complete the pre-boosted low-pressure fuel delivery. Under long-term high-speed operation, impurities in diesel washing the machine, and the high-temperature and low-temperature vibration conditions of the engine compartment, the spline surface will wear, the inner wall of the arc-shaped guide groove will develop scratches, and the flatness will deviate. This may cause transmission slippage, reduction in fuel supply flow, and pressure loss in the low-pressure oil circuit. The equipment may experience idle vibration, weak climbing power after stalling, and rapid pressure loss in the oil circuit after shutdown. This product has standardized specifications for the spline, the outer diameter of the disc, the size of the guide cavity, and the distance between the flange holes. After disassembling the oil pump oil delivery cavity, the cam disc can be replaced alone to repair the failure of fuel supply. It is suitable for the maintenance of large mining excavators, heavy loaders, and long-distance heavy-duty freight trucks equipped with electronic control common rail diesel engines.

The four groups of flange fixing holes on the outer ring are evenly distributed and provide a standard installation hole for fast and accurate assembly. During operation, there is no radial shaking or offset, avoiding eccentric wear on one side of the rotor, and prolonging the service life of the oil pump assembly components.
Double high-precision flat surface grinding ensures a tight fit with the cavity and prevents fuel backflow and pressure loss.
The two sides of the disc are precisely polished to a high degree of flatness, with strict control over the flatness, and are fully sealed with the oil pump cavity and rotor, blocking the backflow of low-pressure fuel and stabilizing the base oil pressure of the oil circuit, accelerating the pressure building speed of the oil pump.
Each cam disc is independently tested for flow transmission, and no secondary grinding is required during assembly.
Each disc is individually tested for the gap of the spline fit, the flow of the guide, and the sealing performance of the plane. The factory parameters are unified, and it can be directly matched with the corresponding oil pump oil delivery cavity, shortening the time for disassembling and debugging the oil pump.
