Product Overview
The rotor disc is the core flow distribution component of the VE type mechanical fuel injection pump. It evenly distributes the high-pressure fuel to each cylinder oil circuit through the oil grooves on the disc surface, and is controlled by springs to maintain the internal oil pressure balance. After long-term high-pressure reciprocating operation, the disc surface may wear, the seals may age, and the springs may become fatigued and weak. This can lead to deviations in the fuel supply to each cylinder, unstable oil pressure, and overall issues such as uneven fuel supply and unstable pressure. The entire set includes a housing, seals, and pressure regulating springs. This allows for a one-time replacement to complete the core repair of the fuel pump, suitable for light trucks, agricultural machinery, and small construction machinery for distribution-type diesel fuel injection pump maintenance and major overhauls.

A complete circle of black rubber sealing gasket is pre-installed on the top surface of the housing, and after the flange is tightened, it completely fills the gap between the housing and the end face of the pump body, blocking the leakage of high-pressure fuel from the joint surface and preventing oil leakage and accumulation in the pump body.
Multiple specifications of precision pressure regulating springs are provided, with uniform spring wire diameters and heat treatment for anti-fatigue, and they do not deform or become weak under long-term compression, precisely maintaining the rated working oil pressure inside the fuel pump and ensuring stable fuel injection pressure.
