Product Overview
The high-pressure common rail oil pump is driven by the engine power to establish a stable high-pressure fuel supply. It cooperates with the electronic control solenoid valve to adjust the fuel supply flow and rail pressure in real time, providing a constant high-pressure oil source for all the fuel injectors throughout the vehicle. Under long-term conditions of high cabin temperature and impurities in the diesel fuel, such as erosion from the fuel, the piston may wear, the solenoid valve may get stuck, and the pipeline seal may leak. This results in continuous fluctuations in rail pressure, delayed start-up, reduced vehicle power, and increased fuel consumption. This complete integrated oil pump is factory-tested for high-pressure resistance, flow matching, and aging tests under high and low temperatures, and is suitable for the major overhaul of light commercial diesel vehicles, small construction machinery, and diesel passenger cars' common rail fuel supply systems.
