The fuel injector is assembled at the front end of the mechanical fuel injector. Under high pressure, the fuel pushes the internal needle valve to open, and through the front-end micro-hole, a fine oil mist is formed, completing the fuel injection work for the cylinder. Under long-term conditions such as high-temperature, heavy-load, and contaminated diesel from fields and construction sites, the injector holes may get clogged, the sealing surface of the needle valve may wear out, and the sealing gap may expand. This can result in uneven atomization, engine shutdown with dripping oil, imbalance in power output of each cylinder, weak engine acceleration, excessive black smoke emissions, and a significant increase in fuel consumption. This product is an integrated precision fuel injector that undergoes high-pressure pressure retention and full-condition flow rate balance testing upon leaving the factory. Its size specifications are standardized, and disassembly and assembly do not require grinding for compatibility.
