The oil pump is driven by the engine power to rotate the spline shaft, which in turn drives the internal oil pumping components. It extracts low-pressure fuel from the fuel tank, filters it, and then delivers it steadily to the high-pressure oil pump, providing the basic fuel supply for high-pressure boosting. Under conditions such as long-term construction site high-temperature dust, long-distance bumpy driving, and continuous impurities in diesel washing the equipment, the internal oil pumping components may wear out, the sealing surfaces may leak, and the pressure regulating spring's elasticity may decline. This may result in insufficient oil supply flow, low low-pressure oil pressure, inability of the high-pressure oil pump to quickly establish rail pressure, multiple ignition failures before startup of the equipment, power loss during heavy-load climbing, and engine shutdown during driving. This product has standardized processing for the base installation holes, spline shaft specifications, and pressure regulating parameters. During maintenance, the entire oil pump can be directly replaced, eliminating the cumbersome process of disassembling and grinding the internal components. It is suitable for large-scale mining excavators, heavy-duty wheeled loaders, long-distance heavy-duty freight trucks, and large-power stationary diesel generator sets for maintenance.

The pump body is made of cast iron and is black anodized for rust prevention and pressure resistance, and is not prone to cracking.

The base has multiple standard positioning installation holes, suitable for installation positions of various models.
The pump body base is equipped with multiple groups of standard threads and positioning holes on the bottom. The hole layout is universal and can be adapted to the corresponding model's installation flange. Installation and disassembly are convenient, without the need for additional modification or drilling. It is suitable for various series of diesel engines with assembly space.
The external adjustable pressure regulating screw can be adjusted microscopically to the low-pressure oil supply pressure as needed.
The side is equipped with an oil pressure regulating screw with a locking nut. Maintenance personnel can adjust the low-pressure output oil pressure slightly according to the working conditions, adapting to the fuel supply requirements under different road conditions and loads, and flexibly matching the fuel supply requirements of the high-pressure oil pump.
The pump body has a multi-layer sealing structure to prevent fuel leakage and air backflow.
