Product Overview
The oil outlet valve is assembled on the upper part of the high-pressure oil pump piston. It relies on the sealing cooperation between the valve seat and the piston. When the piston moves upward to pressurize the oil, it opens the channel to convey high-pressure fuel; after the piston moves downward and returns to its original position, it immediately closes to lock the oil passage, preventing the backflow of high-pressure fuel and reducing pressure loss. Long-term high-pressure fuel erosion, impurities from diesel particles wear down the sealing surface, and under the alternating hot and cold conditions of the engine compartment, scratches will occur on the sealing contact surface, causing fuel leakage, insufficient fuel supply pressure, rapid pressure loss after engine shutdown, and excessive black smoke in exhaust. This product has a unified standard for outer diameter size, piston stroke, and sealing end face specifications. After disassembling the oil pump, the oil outlet valve pair can be replaced separately to repair the failure of oil pressure holding and maintaining pressure. It is suitable for maintenance of agricultural machinery, light trucks, heavy trucks, small and medium-sized construction machinery, and direct injection diesel engines for agricultural machinery.

The stepped limit piston structure ensures coaxiality and no offset jamming during reciprocating motion.
The piston is designed with segmented stepped limit, and after being installed in the valve seat, the radial positioning is precise. There is no eccentric shaking during reciprocating motion, and the fuel supply flow is uniform and stable, eliminating the engine vibration caused by uneven fuel supply to each cylinder.
