Under long-term high-pressure fuel flushing at over 1000 bar, abrasive diesel particles from impurities, as well as alternating hot and cold conditions in the engine compartment, can cause scratches on the inner wall of the sleeve and a loss of roundness in the hole diameter, which can lead to needle valve sticking during up and down movement, poor sealing, imbalance in fuel injection volume, coarse atomization, rapid pressure relief in the fuel system after engine shutdown, and excessive black smoke in the exhaust. This product has unified standard dimensions for the outer diameter, inner hole tolerance, and step limit height. After disassembling the injector, the sleeve can be replaced alone to repair the failure of fuel injection.
