Product Overview
The intake pressure and temperature sensor is installed in the intake manifold, continuously monitoring the intake pressure and air temperature. The ECU precisely matches the fuel injection volume and injection timing based on the collected signals. Under long-term conditions of high cabin temperature and erosion by oil and water vapor, the internal sensing elements may fail and the seals may age, resulting in signal distortion, imbalance in air mixture ratio, engine power reduction, and increased fuel consumption. This complete integrated sensor assembly is factory-tested for pressure collection accuracy, temperature response, and high/low temperature stability. It is suitable for the maintenance of light-duty diesel trucks, small construction machinery, and passenger car common rail electronic control systems.
