Product Overview
The three-cylinder mechanical fuel injection pump is driven by the engine's camshaft to make the internal pistons move back and forth, generating high-pressure fuel. The top drive shaft synchronously regulates the fuel injection volume of the three cylinders, providing atomized fuel to the cylinders. Under long-term field and construction site conditions with high and low temperature dust conditions, the piston may wear, the spring may fatigue, and the oil outlet valve seal may fail, resulting in reduced fuel supply pressure, imbalance in fuel injection volume of each cylinder, power decline, and excessive black smoke. This product is a complete integrated oil pump assembly. It undergoes comprehensive detection for cylinder fuel supply synchronization, high-pressure sealing, and idle oil volume at the factory. The entire machine does not require disassembling the internal precision components for replacement. It is suitable for three-cylinder diesel tractors, small construction machinery, and generator sets for fuel supply system maintenance.
