Product Overview
The inline mechanical fuel injection pump relies on the reciprocating motion of the internal piston to pressurize the low-pressure diesel fuel, and then distributes the high-pressure fuel through six independent oil channels. It is combined with a mechanical speed control mechanism to control the fuel supply volume, suitable for six-cylinder diesel power equipment without electronic control. After long-term heavy-duty field operations, the piston may wear, the speed control spring may fatigue, and the shell may leak. This may cause deviations in fuel supply for each cylinder, idle speed fluctuations, and a sharp increase in fuel consumption. This product has completed the calibration and testing of fuel supply volume, fuel injection pressure, and sealing performance during factory assembly.
