Product Overview
The inline fuel injection pump relies on the reciprocating motion of the internal plunger to compress the fuel to create high pressure, and then distributes the quantified fuel to the fuel injectors in sequence according to the cylinder order. At the same time, it controls the fuel injection volume through the speed control shaft to match the equipment load. Under long-term agricultural operations, short-distance construction work, high-temperature and vibration in the engine compartment, and impurities from diesel washing conditions, the plunger mating surface may wear out, and the oil outlet valve seal may fail. This may result in fuel supply pressure loss, accelerated engine operation, difficulty in starting with multiple ignitions, diesel seeping into the engine oil to dilute the lubricating oil. This product has standardized dimensions for the flange hole distance, plunger stroke, and oil outlet spacing. Maintenance can be carried out by directly replacing the oil pump as a whole, eliminating the need for disassembly and debugging procedures, and is suitable for maintenance of three-cylinder agricultural tractors, small construction machinery, and fixed diesel generator sets.
