Product Overview
The inline mechanical fuel injection pump relies on the reciprocating motion of the internal piston to pressurize the low-pressure diesel and distribute the high-pressure fuel to each cylinder. It is equipped with an external mechanical speed regulation component to adjust the fuel supply volume at different speeds in real time. The bottom is equipped with a hand oil pump that can quickly evacuate air from the oil circuit. In long-term field and construction heavy-duty working conditions, the piston may wear, the speed regulation spring may fatigue, and the shell may leak due to sealing. This can lead to large deviations in fuel supply for each cylinder, vehicle shaking, and a significant increase in fuel consumption. This product has completed the entire calibration of fuel injection pressure, fuel supply volume for each cylinder, and sealing at the factory. The entire machine does not require disassembly of the internal precision components for replacement. It is suitable for light-duty trucks, four-cylinder agricultural tractors, small loaders, and fixed diesel generator sets for major overhaul of the fuel supply system.
