Product Overview
The mechanical fuel injector relies on the high-pressure fuel to push open the internal needle valve to achieve atomized injection. It is connected to the fuel pump and the injector through a high-pressure connecting rod, transmitting the high-pressure oil flow. In the mining area, under long-term 24-hour heavy-load and high-temperature conditions, the needle valve sealing surface wears out, the oil passage of the connecting rod gets clogged, and the seal leaks. This will result in a decrease in fuel supply pressure, poor atomization, and a decline in the overall power of the machine. This product is a complete set including the injector body and the high-pressure connecting rod. There is no need to separately select the connecting rod. The factory provides a complete set of oil pressure and atomization detection, suitable for large excavators, heavy-duty loaders, and large-power diesel generator sets with mechanical fuel injection systems for major overhauls.
