Product Overview
The sealed fuel injector nozzle is assembled at the very front of the mechanical fuel injector. The internal needle valve and the central micro-hole of the nozzle are in close cooperation. The high-pressure fuel passes through the micro-hole and is torn into fine oil mist, which is then sprayed into the cylinder. The bottom circular plane presses the purple copper gasket to achieve the sealing of the combustion chamber. Under long-term high-temperature gas radiation, high-pressure fuel erosion, and abrasive diesel particle grinding conditions, the central nozzle hole wears out and the bottom sealing surface develops indentations. This may result in engine stalling and dripping oil, coarse atomized particles, reverse flow of high-temperature gas, carbon deposition, and multiple ignition failures, single-cylinder power deficiency, and excessive black smoke in exhaust. This product has standardized processing for the conical positioning outer diameter, central nozzle hole diameter, and bottom sealing ring size. After disassembling the fuel injector, the nozzle head can be replaced alone to repair the failure of the injection sealing. It is suitable for large mining excavators, heavy-duty loaders, and long-distance heavy-duty freight trucks for the maintenance of mechanical direct injection diesel engines.
