The needle valve type fuel pump is assembled on the side of the mechanical fuel injection pump and is driven by the engine cam to move the internal piston to deliver low-pressure fuel. The front-mounted manual plunger can be manually emptied to remove air from the fuel line. The built-in needle-type one-way valve locks the fuel line to prevent fuel backflow. Under long-term field conditions of high and low temperatures and high dust content, the one-way sealing and wear of the plunger oil seal can cause air intake in the fuel line, insufficient fuel supply, and difficulty in starting. This product comes with a dedicated fuel pipe connector, and the entire machine can be replaced without the need to purchase additional sealing consumables. It is suitable for medium-sized trucks, agricultural tractors, and mechanical diesel engines of construction machinery with low-pressure fuel lines for major repairs.
