Product Overview
The rotor pump head is the core fuel distribution component of the VE mechanical distribution fuel injection pump. It evenly distributes high-pressure fuel to each cylinder oil circuit through the planar oil channels, and balances the internal working oil pressure of the pump with springs. After long-term high-pressure reciprocating operation, the planar surface may wear, the sealing components may age, and the springs may fatigue and lose elasticity, resulting in deviations in fuel supply to each cylinder, unstable oil pressure, and difficulty in starting. The entire set integrates the pump head housing, sealing gasket, and a complete set of pressure regulating springs. This allows for the one-time replacement of the core component of the oil pump, significantly reducing the downtime for equipment maintenance and repair. It is suitable for maintenance and overhaul of distribution pumps for light trucks, agricultural tractors, and small construction machinery.

The cast aluminum housing with an irregularly shaped four-hole flange design ensures stable installation alignment.
The integrated die-cast aluminum structure has four standard flange fixing holes distributed irregularly around the periphery, which can precisely fit the end face of the oil pump body; the side walls of the housing are thickened for reinforcement, and they are not prone to deformation under the impact of high-pressure fuel over a long period, and the lightweight material reduces the operating load of the oil pump.
The center has a built-in spline transmission hole for synchronous transmission without eccentricity.
The integrated internal spline structure in the center of the planar surface is closely meshed with the main shaft of the oil pump, ensuring smooth transmission without gap eccentricity, stable operation, and reduced internal friction and wear, avoiding fuel supply lag and engine shaking and abnormal noise.
Two symmetrical precision分流 oil channels， uniform and stable fuel supply to each cylinder
Two symmetrical arc-shaped oil channels are formed by milling the housing as a whole， with the inner walls of the oil channels polished to a mirror finish without burrs. The high-pressure fuel flows smoothly through the分流 channels， and the difference in fuel supply to each cylinder is small， improving idle stability， single-cylinder power deficiency， and exhaust black smoke problems.
An entire circle of black oil-resistant sealing rubber ring is embedded， preventing end face leakage.
A ring-shaped rubber sealing gasket is pre-installed on the top surface of the pump head， which is fully filled in the gap between the housing and the pump body after the flange bolts are tightened， blocking the leakage of high-pressure fuel through the assembly gap and preventing the contamination of the engine compartment by the oil in the pump housing.
Four complete sets of heat-treated pressure regulating springs are provided as a kit. The springs come with the same specifications and are subjected to high-temperature quenching for anti-fatigue treatment. They are not prone to deformation or softening after repeated compression， and can stably maintain the rated working oil pressure of the oil pump， ensuring a constant fuel injection pressure.
