Under high pressure, the fuel pushes the internal needle valve stem to move, and through the center micro-hole on the end face, it forms a concentrated and fine oil mist. It is suitable for small single-cylinder combustion chambers to complete fuel injection and work. Under long-term conditions such as light load in farmland, exposure to high and low temperatures, and diesel with impurities, if the injector holes get clogged, the sealing surface of the needle valve wears out, and the clearance between the mating parts expands, resulting in uneven atomization, engine shutdown dripping oil, weak power, difficulty in starting the engine, increased black smoke in exhaust, and increased fuel consumption. This product is an integrated small precision fuel injector that is factory-tested for high-pressure holding and flow balance. The size specifications are uniform, and disassembly and assembly do not require grinding to fit. The widened limit step in the middle section of the valve body is precisely matched with the installation position of the small fuel injector housing during assembly. After being combined with a sealing copper pad, multiple layers of barriers prevent high-pressure fuel leakage and avoid pressure loss, ensuring the stable output of power for small-displacement engines.
The outer wall is permanently engraved with the part number for easy inventory verification and to prevent incorrect parts.
