The electronically controlled common rail injector receives high-pressure fuel from the common rail pipe and relies on the top electromagnetic component to receive the electrical control unit's signal, driving the internal precision valve core to open and close rapidly, splitting the high-pressure fuel into fine oil mist and injecting it into the cylinder to complete combustion and power generation. Under long-term load operation, impurities from diesel washing, and continuous vibration under high and low temperatures, the internal valve core sealing surface will wear, the nozzle spray holes will deform, and the sealing parts will age and leak, which can cause unbalanced fuel supply for a single cylinder, pressure loss in the high-pressure oil circuit, a decrease in engine power, and an increase in black smoke emissions from the exhaust. This product is standardized in terms of installation dimensions, oil circuit interface specifications, and electromagnetic signal parameters. During maintenance, the entire injector can be directly replaced, eliminating the need for individual adjustment of internal components, and is suitable for maintenance of light trucks, pickups, medium-sized construction machinery, and diesel generator sets.

The cylinder body is equipped with multiple specifications of fluororubber oil-resistant sealing rings, which separate the high and low-pressure oil circuits layer by layer to prevent fuel leakage outward; at the same time, it prevents air backflow into the oil circuit after shutdown, solving the problems of starting oil circuit intake and slow oil pump pressure building-up.
The entire machine is tested in a test bench before leaving the factory, and no secondary calibration is required during installation.
Each injector independently completes electromagnetic response, high-pressure pressure retention, atomization effect, and injection flow detection calibration, with unified performance parameters.
