The electronically controlled common rail injector receives high-pressure fuel from the common rail pipe and relies on the top electromagnetic component to receive the electrical control unit's signal, driving the internal precision valve core to open and close rapidly. It then splits the high-pressure fuel into fine oil mist and injects it into the cylinder to complete combustion and power generation. Under long-term load operation, impurities from diesel fuel erosion, continuous vibration under high and low temperatures, the wear of the internal valve core sealing surface, deformation of the nozzle spray holes, and aging and leakage of sealing components can cause unbalanced fuel supply for a single cylinder, pressure loss in the high-pressure oil circuit, decreased engine power, and increased black smoke emissions from the exhaust. This product is standardized in terms of installation dimensions, oil circuit interface specifications, and electromagnetic signal parameters. During maintenance, the entire set of injectors can be directly replaced, eliminating the need for individual adjustment of internal components. The cylinder body is equipped with multiple specifications of fluororubber oil-resistant sealing rings, which separate the high and low-pressure oil circuits, preventing oil leakage outward; at the same time, it prevents air backflow into the oil circuit after shutdown and solves the problems of starting oil circuit intake and slow oil pump pressure building-up.
The entire machine is tested in a test bench before leaving the factory, and no secondary calibration is required for installation.
Each injector independently completes electromagnetic response, high-pressure pressure retention, atomization effect, and injection flow detection calibration. The performance parameters are unified, and after assembly, it quickly restores the original power performance of the engine, reducing the time for oil circuit maintenance and debugging.
