Under high pressure, the fuel pushes the internal needle valve to open, and through the front micro-hole, it forms a fine oil mist, completing the fuel injection work for the cylinder. Under long-term conditions such as high-temperature and heavy-load farming, construction sites, and diesel fuel contaminated with impurities, the injector holes may get clogged, the needle valve sealing surface may wear out, and the sealing gap may expand. This will result in uneven atomization, engine shutdown dripping oil, imbalance in power output of each cylinder, weak engine acceleration, excessive black smoke emissions, and a significant increase in fuel consumption.
