Product Overview
The cam plate is the core component for power conversion within the VE distribution pump. It rotates synchronously with the main shaft and relies on the raised blocks on the plate surface to push the plunger for reciprocating motion, thereby establishing high-pressure fuel and completing cylinder-by-cylinder fuel supply. After long-term high-pressure reciprocating friction, the blocks wear out and the center hole gap increases, resulting in insufficient plunger stroke, insufficient fuel supply pressure, large deviations in fuel supply volume for each cylinder, and engine shaking and lack of power. This product is integrally and precisely machined as a whole, and is tested for flatness, hardness, and mating gap upon leaving the factory. It can be replaced separately to repair the core fuel supply fault of the distribution pump, and is suitable for maintenance of light trucks, agricultural machinery, and small construction machinery mechanical VE distribution pumps.
Unique Core Features of the Single Product
The outer ring of the four-hole ring-shaped flange positioning plate is precisely positioned and not eccentric during assembly.
The outer ring of the disc is evenly distributed with four standard installation through holes. During assembly, multiple points are locked to ensure uniform force, and it is fully in contact with the pump body end face. There is no offset or eccentricity during high-speed rotation, avoiding single-sided wear of the plunger and fuel supply imbalance.
The internal four equal parts integrated drive blocks synchronously push the plunger for uniform fuel supply.
The cam surface is machined integrally with 4 pairs of symmetrical driving blocks. The height and size are uniform, and during rotation, the plunger's reciprocating stroke is consistent, resulting in small differences in fuel supply volume for each cylinder, stable idle speed of the engine, balanced acceleration power, and elimination of black smoke and lack of power issues.
The center high-precision spline positioning inner hole, coaxial transmission without clearance
The center has a positioning notch spline hole, which closely meshes with the spline of the oil pump main shaft. The mating gap is extremely small, and there is no clearance or oscillation during high-speed rotation, reducing internal friction noise and ensuring a constant plunger stroke and stable oil pressure.
Overall nitriding hardening steel treatment, wear-resistant and long service life under high pressure
The entire piece is formed by integrally turning high-hardness alloy steel, with a surface nitriding wear-resistant treatment. It is not prone to wear or deformation under the long-term impact of plunger reciprocation and high-pressure diesel flushing, and has a significantly improved wear resistance compared to ordinary quenched and tempered steel cam plates.
Double-sided precise planar grinding, no leakage or pressure loss at the end face
The two sides of the disc are mirror-ground flat, and after assembly, it is closely sealed with the pump body sealing component, without gaps, preventing high-pressure fuel from leaking through the end face, and stabilizing the internal working oil pressure of the oil pump. Applicable scenarios
